If sample not perfect, we can make revision as per clients’ request until sample approved

Mass production

After sample approval , we arrange the mass production

Quality checking

After mass production finished , all production lines start the quality checking , choose the ones with some defects, and recover the quantity

Packing

Make package as per our standard packing way , or make special packing as per clients’ requested

Boxing

8^th:

Make the boxing ,with the shipping mark sticked

Shipping

9^th:

Make the shipping invoice and packing list, then call the express courier come and pick up goods for shipment out

Inform the Express Tracking No. to clients for easy tracking

Pay attention to the transit , once shipment arrived , pls remind clients’ to checking the goods

Q1): How should I place an order?

2. Please provide the JPG/ AI/PDF artwork of your design
3. Inform the exact sizes , material, embroidered area ,colors ,backing ,etc.
4. The order quantity ,sizes, material ,colors, attachment, packing etc.
5. Then we can make the right price accordingly for your approval.

Q2) What Process before mass production?

Normally, we will make one paper artwork for your approval ,then start the digital tape for sampling ,then once sample ready, we can take the sample photos for your approval , or send the actual sample for approval .

Q3) MOQ- What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ: No MOQ limitation ,100 pcs can be acceptable

Q4) Could you please give me the quality sample?

If you need some samples for reference, please let us know your fully address/ship mode with courier a/c#, and we will arrange our available sample for your reference, thanks!

Q5) Hong long is the lead time?

Sample Lead Time: 4 Days

Bulk Lead Time: as usual 14 days for quantity under 5k PCS .

Q6) What is the delivery cost?

For the shipment, as usual , we use DHL Shipping , if you demand other shipping way , we can also make the quote accordingly ,then you can choose the best way as you like .

Q7) How do I pay for my order?
